Dietary Requests:

Pay in Full: By paying in full you are making such a beautiful commitment to yourself and to the potent time of our retreat. If you need to cancel, the total amount, minus a deposit fee, can be refunded before June 17, 2023. Starting June 18th you will only be refunded if the retreat fills.

Payment Plans: Two and three month payment plans are available for both single and shared rooms. Please reach out if you would like to discuss other arrangements. All deposits and payments are non-refundable.

Shared Rooms: Shared Cabin rooms offer separate twin beds (2) in a shared space and access to the shared bathhouse, summer kitchen, and lounge. The Bunkhouse is a two story cabin on property, with a shared room for three people (3) in separate beds and a private bathroom, kitchen, and living room. Priority for shared rooms is given to folks booking together, though it is possible to be matched with a roommate (I do so with great care). If you are booking with your roommate, please still fill out the registration form separately.

Sliding Scale: Sacred support may be available, offering sliding scale rates and additional payment plan options. Please reach out for details at: hi@gwendolynren.com and include if you would be open to being matched with a roommate. You can review some of my thoughts on sliding scale here.

Insurance: I recommend purchasing travel insurance for your own peace of mind. If you would like an insurance recommendation please reach out, I’m vetting companies.

Cancellation: In the very unlikely circumstance that our retreat is impacted by forces beyond our control and the retreat is cancelled, your fees and payments may be retained and our gathering rescheduled. This is the best option due to the significant amount of planning and investment both on the side of the facilitator (that’s me) and our venue.
