LISTEN & BE HEARD : a mostly silent afternoon

What would it feel like to listen and be heard?

The fall turns towards winter, the gestational period of the year and we are faced with the question: what of our soul and our experiences do we wish to plant, to nurture, nature through another cycle? Now is a time for judgment, discernment, and with it the honoring, the reflection and the grief that come with letting pieces of ourselves go so that we can be intentional with our energies.

A sweet remembering, a soft nostalgia, a retracing of steps. A sometimes striking moment when we are met with ourselves, revealing, revealing, revealing. We practiced the art of listening - to nature and ourselves - and then each other.

We gathered here.

from us both, we say

thank you, thank you, thank you

with love,
